The purpose of the Privacy Policy is to describe the Bank of Gassaway’s Privacy procedures.
The Board of Directors has appointed a Privacy Officer to manage the Privacy Policy. Any questions relating to the Privacy Policy should be directed to the Privacy Officer.
The Privacy Officer’s responsibility is to monitor that all procedures are followed as set forth in the Privacy Policy.

Because of the importance of these issues, all Bank of Gassaway employees are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of customer information and employees who violate these privacy principles will be subject to disciplinary measures.

We do not reveal specific information about your accounts or other personally identifiable data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent use, except as permitted by law. We do not provide account or personal information to third parties for the purpose of independent telemarketing or direct mail marketing on any non-financial products or services of those companies.
